At Scarlet Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
